Coworking Space at Tooting Works

Members must ensure that the meeting room is left in the same condition as it was before their use, including resetting any furniture.

Our workspace staff are available during reception hours to provide support, including answering queries, providing information, and maintaining the cleanliness of the space.

Members are encouraged to report any issues to the reception desk or by email to the community manager.

Service Users are responsible for any damage caused to the workspace, furniture or installations due to their negligence.

Service Users must clean up and ensure that any materials they use are returned to their proper location.

Service Users are not allowed to modify the space by moving furniture or equipment without prior approval from the community management team.

Tooting Works is not responsible for loss of personal items or valuables.

Whiteboards containing confidential information should be erased after use.

Members are free to use the common areas, such as the community courtyard and leave in the same condition.

Unfortunately there is no parking available on site for co-workers, however there is free parking available at Church Lane or Rectory Lane, just off Amen Corner.

No animals are allowed in the workspace unless they are service animals.

In the event of an emergency, follow the emergency evacuation plan posted throughout the workspace.

We encourage members to collaborate with one another, however we do ask for you to maintain a reasonable noise level in the spaces.

Members who violate the house rules may receive a warning from the community management team, which may result in a penalty or termination of their booking and future bookings.
