The Main Hall is the largest space, measuring 3,100 sq. ft. with dimensions of 17.94 m x 8.834 m and a rig height of 4.5 m.

- Annex Kitchen: 650 sq. ft.
- Production Office & Mezzanine Balcony: 200 sq. ft.
- Loading Bay: 150 sq. ft.

The Mill & Bar features exposed brick walls, Victorian doors, crittal windows, and rustic beams. It includes double access doors leading to the forecourt and offers an optional adjoining cocktail bar for enhanced functionality and lighting options.
