About this space

The Plant Room is a semi-private dining room in Megan's on King Street that functions as an intimate, sheltered alcove separate from the main restaurant.

Design: The space pairs patterned terracotta-style floor tiles with mixed upholstered chairs, wooden tables and rattan light fittings, producing a Mediterranean-meets-boho visual made of warm, layered textures.

Features: The room includes natural daylight, in-room PA speakers and free Wi‑Fi. The space is accessible with step-free entry, wheelchair access and nearby accessible toilets.

Ideal for: Small groups seeking a relaxed, seated meal and social conversation in a semi-private setting.

What sets it apart: A planted centrepiece and a canopy of hanging greenery create a distinct indoor-garden atmosphere.
