No. The Dining Room cannot connect to the sound system; presentations can use the TV speakers only.

The Conservatory has glass windows that cannot be covered for shade because there are no curtains. The lights can be switched off, but glare may remain.

No. With closed doors, sound will not travel much, but the venue recommends keeping sound at reasonable levels to avoid interfering with other rooms.

Yes. A TV screen of around 1.2m wide and an HDMI cable can be provided for presentations; the Conservatory can connect to the sound system, while the Dining Room uses the TV speakers.
