Very poor communication

DO NOT EVER GO HERE!! I rented the private room downstairs for my sisters engagement party. The service was so disorganised and even though I talked them through the plan twice, when I arrived with her they ruined the surprise. BUT the worst part -- I had to pay a $500 deposit that they said would be refunded on the night. It was and then I had to chase them for it. I received an email finally saying they were chasing the deposit and would refund me... that was two months ago!!! THEY STILL HAVEN'T REFUNDED MY DEPOSIT!!!

Pleasant communication

Wrong pricing. Complete rip off. As soon as o mentioned about the price and details discrepancy they changed it online to reflect much higher prices, eventhough that the last time they corrected the price prior to to this was just 1 month ago. The whole venue offer is not correct either. It is only up to 9.30 pm and then open to members. I have all the correspondence saved.

Yes, clients can bring their own DJ, or the venue can certainly source one.

No, the venue does not provide DJ equipment, which is usually brought in separately. It can be connected to the venue’s system via XLR.

The venue provides four moving lights and an LED system.

There are no noise restrictions in the basement. The venue’s licence runs until 02:00, but extensions can be obtained if needed.

The venue has a full Martin Audio PA system, described as one of the best and in good condition.
