Basement is a semi-private Event Space within D&AD that provides a studio-style, adaptable lower-floor area geared toward collaborative creative work.

Design: The space pairs an exposed industrial ceiling and track lighting with a neutral concrete floor, timber finishes and low-profile lounge seating to create a practical, understated work environment.

Features: A built-in PA system and speakers provide sound for presentations and background music. High-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning support prolonged working sessions. A long communal timber table, a separate lounge area and a service counter with stools create distinct zones for seated work, informal breakout and food service setup. Wheelchair access and accessible toilets are provided. Own music is permitted.

Ideal for: Small creative teams and collaborative working groups that need a relaxed, social layout for seated workshops and informal networking.
