Club Room at Richmond Athletic Ground
About this space
The Club Room is accessed through French doors, with windows running the length of the room with a view over our front pitches. It has the capacity to seat 100 people for dinner, 100 people with theatre-style seating or 200 standing. Along with a bar which is located at one end of the room, it is also equipped with a large flat screen TV, AV system/wireless microphones, Wi-Fi and a lectern, making the Club Room the perfect place to host your corporate conferences, meetings, off-sites, training sessions or seminars.
The room has a very neutral design making it ideal for private parties, weddings and wakes. Facing south with large windows, the Club Room is flooded with natural light and makes for a very calm, uplifting atmosphere. Our substantial catering operation is directly connected to the room so we can provide a wide variety of meals for your event with ease.

Located in the heart of Richmond, Richmond Athletic Ground is set over 26 acres of green space. Boasting excellent public transport links, Richmond rail and underground station is less than a five-minute walk from Richmond Athletic Ground. As well as convenient for central London, we are just 10 minutes from the M3, and an ideal location not only for meetings, off-sites, corporate events, fun days and conferences but also for private parties, outdoor events, weddings, wakes and Christmas parties. We are also a popular photo shoot and filming location with a dedicated area for film crew car parking and/or as a film unit base.
Our facilities at Richmond Athletic Ground are second to none. In addition to two recently refurbished function rooms, we have seven rugby pitches, changing rooms, an outdoor games area, an Astroturf area and over 250 parking spaces. The original features of our Grade 2 listed Old Pavilion make the perfect backdrop for any photo shoot or film location.
We can offer a range of packages to suit your event and excellent catering for every occasion, from breakfast rolls and pastries for a corporate seminar, cold or hot buffet lunches, afternoon tea, or three-course dinners for special occasions. Our in-house Events team will be happy to work with any requirements and budgets.
