About this space

Tom found a love of craft beer whilst studying in Texas, absorbing the rich culture of the US microbrewery scene. Upon returning to the UK, he began his career as an apprentice with Dorking Brewery, quickly rising up the ranks to become Lead Brewer where he developed recipes, gained Institute of Brewing and Distilling brewing qualifications, and trained the brew team. Most recently a Senior Brewer at The Five Points Brewing Company in Hackney, Tom focused his knowledge in producing modern beer styles and brewing techniques. Now, as Head Brewer here at Battersea Brewery, Tom brews our core range as well as thinking up all of our awesome seasonal brews. Always keen for a chat about beer, Tom is excited about how far he can drive forward West London’s newest Brewery.
