Designed specifically as a welcoming, accessible workspace for students, emerging artists, and independent creatives, LOCU offers a high-spec environment without commercial price tags.

High-Spec Workstation: Dedicated editing desk equipped with a Dell UltraSharp USB-C color-accurate display and Wacom Intuos Pro graphics tablet for seamless live tethered shooting and post-production.

Camera Equipment (Add-on): Fujifilm GFX 50S Medium Format camera body available upon request for high-resolution editorial and portrait sessions.

• ID & Student Verification: A valid ID (and valid Student ID / Creative Portfolio for discounted rates) must be presented upon arrival or prior to the shoot.
• Studio Care & Setup: Please return all furniture, V-flats, stands, and equipment to their original positions before your booking time ends.
• Equipment Use: Handle all studio lighting, modifiers, and workstation equipment (Dell display, Wacom tablet, Fujifilm camera) with care. If you need assistance setting up lights or backdrops, please ask.
• Footwear & Paper Backdrops: Clean indoors-only shoes or shoe covers must be worn when walking on paper backdrops.
• No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the building and studio premises.
• Noise Levels: Respect neighbor businesses and keep music/audio at a moderate level, especially after 8:00 PM.
• Food & Drinks: Food and drinks are permitted in the designated styling/break area only. Please keep liquids away from all electrical equipment, lighting, and workstation displays.
• Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon in advance for a specific shoot.
• Timeliness: Booking time includes your setup and pack-down time. Please ensure you leave the space on time so it is ready for the next creative.
