Colorama paper charged at £10 per metre used.
Lighting:
Two large factory-style windows run across the end of the studio. The white walls and pale concrete floor bounce the light. The brightest time is the afternoon, when direct sun comes in and casts sharp window shadows across the walls, which is great for editorial and lifestyle shots. Mornings give a softer, more even light. You can control the daylight with full-length black curtains on both windows. They cut most of the light but are not full blackout. Poly boards, diffusion and umbrellas are included with every booking, and Profoto and Aputure lights are available to hire if you want to mix in flash or continuous light.
Sound:
The studio is not soundproofed. You can barely hear the neighbouring studios. Overground trains pass regularly. They aren't loud, but a faint sound comes through, so plan any sound recording between trains. The large fan can be switched off for video takes.

Host rules
• Setup and get-out time must be within your booking hours. Overtime is charged per full hour.
• Please leave the studio as you found it: furniture and kit back in place, rubbish bagged.
• No smoking in the building.
• No smoke or haze machines.
• No gaffer tape on the floor. Paper tape will be provided at no extra cost.
• Paint, water and messy sets by arrangement only.
• Colorama paper is charged at £10 per metre used.
• The studio is not soundproof. Overground trains pass regularly, so plan any sound recording around them. They aren't loud but you do hear a faint sound.
• The curtains reduce daylight but are not full blackout.
• The swing is used at your own risk.
• Any damage to walls, floor or kit will be charged.
