A unique three-level industrial creative space and working shoemaking studio in Hackney, East London.
Home to London Sneaker School, the space has a distinctive “factory-lite” aesthetic, combining raw concrete walls and floors, exposed pipework and ducting, steel staircases and open mezzanine levels with a working collection of traditional and modern shoemaking machinery.
The venue is filled with authentic creative details including industrial sewing machines, vintage shoe presses, workbenches, shoe lasts, leather, tools, materials and footwear samples. These can provide a ready-made backdrop for photography, filming and content production, with selected equipment and materials also available to incorporate as props or set dressing by arrangement.
Spread across three interconnected levels, the layout provides a variety of shooting angles and settings, including elevated viewpoints overlooking the main workshop.
The space also includes a dedicated soundproof content studio with a large internal window overlooking the workshop, suitable for interviews, podcasts, livestreams and other filmed content. High-speed internet and a kitchenette are available on site.

Prices
Hire includes use of the booked space, high-speed Wi-Fi and kitchenette facilities. The studio contains a range of professional and industrial shoemaking equipment, giving the space a unique character particularly suited to fashion, footwear, design and creative productions.
Commercial shoots, brand activations, larger events and bespoke productions are quoted individually depending on guest numbers, timings, crew size and requirements.
Use of specialist shoemaking machinery is not included within standard dry hire and must be agreed in advance. Our soundproof content studio can also be made available by arrangement.

Please treat the space, furniture, equipment and tools with care.
• Specialist shoemaking machinery and workshop equipment must not be used unless agreed in advance.
• Any damage or breakages must be reported to a member of the London Sneaker School team.
• Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the building.
• Food and drink are welcome in designated areas but should be kept away from machinery and specialist equipment.
• Please leave the space in a reasonable condition and remove any equipment, props or materials brought in for your booking.
• Any significant alterations to the space, moving of heavy equipment, attaching items to walls or use of paints, adhesives, smoke, flames or similar materials must be agreed in advance.
• Guest numbers must not exceed the capacity agreed for the booking.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Commercial filming, photography, events and brand activations should be discussed with us in advance so we can make sure the space is set up appropriately.
