A clean and private lower-ground-floor meeting room in the heart of Wandsworth Town, conveniently located near Wandsworth Town railway station.
The space comfortably accommodates up to 12 people seated around a large table. It is ideal for small business meetings, team sessions, training, workshops, tutoring, interviews, discussion groups, book clubs, script readings and community meetings.
Facilities include comfortable seating, large tables, power sockets, adjustable lighting and access to toilets. The room is situated beneath an established coffee shop on Old York Road and is available for both daytime and evening bookings.
For bookings held during café opening hours, each attendee receives one complimentary filter coffee. Guests also receive 10% off any additional drinks purchased from the coffee shop.
Access to the lower-ground-floor room is by stairs. The space is intended for professional, educational and community use and is not suitable for parties or noisy events.

• Maximum capacity is 12 people.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the building.
• No parties, DJs, amplified music or disruptive noise.
• No alcohol may be brought onto the premises.
• The space may only be used for the activity agreed at the time of booking.
• Furniture may be rearranged carefully but must be returned to its original position before departure.
• Guests must remain within the meeting room, toilets and designated access areas. The coffee shop counter, kitchen, storage and staff-only areas are not included in the hire.
• The room must be left reasonably tidy, and all belongings and rubbish must be removed at the end of the booking.
• Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately and may result in an additional charge.
• Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult.
• No candles, naked flames or hazardous materials are permitted.
• Bookings must finish promptly at the agreed time.
