About this space

Our flexible space has a mixed seated/standing capacity of 100 people and looks out into Gillett Square.

As a music venue, our space can house rehearsals / recordings / filming sessions for a range of groups from solo musicians to large ensembles.

Our excellent equipment, such as our Steinway B Piano, are available for those wanting to rehearse at the club as part of our wider policy of supporting the creation and performance of new music.

Special tuning of the piano is also available for an additional fee.

Our versatile space has also been used for film screenings, listening sessions, seminar presentations, etc.

• Any additional fixtures you would like to bring into the space must first be agreed with by the staff before the booking is confirmed, otherwise you are not permitted to bring it onsite.
• It is not permitted to tape or fix anything to the walls / curtains / furniture.
• Any repairs required after a rehearsal or hire will be charged back to the person named on the booking.
• Do not place any items / bags / coats on either of the pianos at any time.
- Do not place drinks on any electrical equipment or instruments, or near the sound desk.
- All venue users must tidy up after themselves - do not leave any rubbish out in the venue, please use the bins behind the bar in either the upstairs or the downstairs.
