Host rules
• No smoking or vaping inside the studio at any time.
• No food or drinks near studio equipment, backdrops, or the recording area. A designated refreshment zone is available.
• All equipment must be used as directed by the NWA Studios team. Guests are not permitted to move, adjust, or dismantle lighting rigs, audio gear, or rigging points without staff approval.
• Any damage to the studio space, equipment, or furnishings caused during your booking will result in an additional charge to cover repair or replacement costs.
• The studio must be left in the condition it was found. All personal belongings, props, and materials brought in must be removed at the end of your session.
• Noise levels must remain considerate of neighbouring units at all times, particularly during evening bookings.
• Guest numbers must not exceed the agreed capacity for your booking. Any additional attendees must be confirmed with the NWA Studios team in advance.
• No subletting or transferring your booking to a third party without prior written consent.
• Illegal substances and illegal activity of any kind are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• NWA Studios reserves the right to end a session early if these rules are not respected, without refund.
