Respect the space: Please treat the property, furniture, and props with care. Any damage must be reported immediately and may incur a charge.
Capacity & use: Use of the space must match your booking details (number of people, type of shoot/event). No unauthorised guests or activities.
Set-up & pack-down: All bookings must include time for set-up and clearing the space. The studio should be returned to its original condition.
Noise: Please be mindful of noise levels, especially when using the courtyard or during early/late hours.
Food & drink: Catering is allowed. Please keep food and drink away from sensitive equipment and surfaces unless agreed. Clean-up is required.
Smoking: No smoking inside the building. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas (if applicable).
Equipment & props: All in-house props and equipment must be handled with care and returned to their original position after use.
Storage: Limited temporary storage may be available during your booking only. Items left behind may incur a fee.
Health & safety: Clients are responsible for their crew and guests. All equipment brought on-site must be used safely and comply with regulations.
Insurance: Appropriate production/event insurance is required for larger shoots or events.
Overtime: Overtime is subject to availability and charged at an agreed hourly rate.
Cleaning: Basic cleaning is expected. Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Access & transport: Please use designated access points and be considerate when loading/unloading.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
