About this space
Pentonville Studios is a versatile 1,400 sq ft ground-floor studio set within a characterful railway arch just off Kingsland Road, in the heart of Hoxton and Haggerston, East London.
The space is well suited to a wide range of photography and video productions, including fashion and editorial shoots, e-commerce, filming and content creation. With its flexible layout and production-friendly setup, it also works particularly well for wardrobe fittings, prep days, castings, rehearsals, auditions and production meetings.
We have street-level access, a make-up and styling area, private changing area, kitchenette, fast WiFi and free gated parking, making a practical and comfortable base for photographers, videographers, wardrobe teams, cast and crew.
We offer both dry hire and wet hire, with optional production support including equipment hire, set build, photo assistants, digi tech support and catering. The studio features a large 8x6 ft white flat, a full backdrop support system, and a wide selection of Colorama paper rolls and hand-painted Hapacca canvas backdrops available on request.

Backdrop Usage:
Paper backdrops are charged at £15/metre if marked or soiled. We stock grey and white, with many additional colours available — just ask!
