Spanning 7,550 sq. ft, this expansive blank canvas can be transformed for everything from car launches and product unveilings to private dinners, brand activations, and fitness experiences.

The studio features drive-in access, alongside a 3,500 sq. ft white infinity cove that delivers a clean, backdrop for staging, projection, bespoke branding.
The space includes 22 ft rigging height, to easily support lighting, AV, and scenic builds.

The space includes a mezzanine-level production office, green room, hair and makeup facilities, and private amenities.

Your hire includes high-speed Wi-Fi, full air conditioning with air purification, and access to in-house lighting and production equipment, all supported by a powerful 400A three-phase Powerlock system - perfect for technically demanding events.
