To maintain a safe, clean, and elevated environment for all guests, we kindly ask that the following rules are respected:
No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the premises
No alcohol or illegal substances permitted
No outdoor shoes in the studio space (grip socks or clean indoor footwear only)
Respect the space and equipment — any damage must be reported immediately
Leave the space as found — all props, mats, and furniture must be returned to their original position
No excessive noise or disruption — please be mindful of neighbouring businesses
No open flames (including candles) unless agreed in advance
Decorations must be approved prior to your booking (no wall damage, nails, or strong adhesives)
Time includes setup and pack-down — please ensure you vacate promptly
Maximum capacity must not be exceeded at any time
Children must be supervised at all times
No food or drink on mats/equipment (water is permitted)
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional charges or termination of the booking.
