Full payment must be received 14 days prior to the event date

Maximum capacity is 75 guests at any time
The organiser is responsible for ensuring guest numbers do not exceed capacity
The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest
Catering & Drinks
All food and beverages must be purchased through L'ami Jac directly
No external food or drink is permitted on the premises
A minimum spend may apply depending on booking type
Noise & Behaviour
Respectful behaviour is expected from all guests at all times
Excessive noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm
The venue reserves the right to end any event where behaviour is deemed inappropriate
Decorations & Setup
No nails, staples or permanent fixtures to be used on walls or ceilings
All decorations must be agreed with the venue in advance
The organiser is responsible for removing all decorations at the end of the event
Damages & Liability
The organiser accepts full liability for any damages caused by their guests
Any damages will be charged in full to the organiser
The venue accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings
Cancellations
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable
Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will receive a 50% refund
The venue reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances
