THE LODGE Studios is a modern recording space set up to make content production straightforward and consistent.

You can record podcasts in audio or video, with a clean setup that’s easy to use whether you’re working solo or with a team. The space is designed so you can focus on recording without worrying about the technical side.

We also handle editing, from simple cleanup to full production with graphics, and can help turn longer recordings into short clips for social media.

If you’re creating branded content, there are multi-camera setups and options to tailor the look to your brand. There are also ongoing packages if you’re producing content regularly.

Host rules

1. Bookings and Payment
All bookings are confirmed only once full payment has been received. Bookings are non-transferable without written approval from THE LODGE Studios.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations must be made in writing.

Cancellations made more than 4 days before the booking date are eligible for a 100% refund.
Cancellations made 3 days before the booking date are eligible for a 75% refund.
Cancellations made 2 days before the booking date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable.
In exceptional circumstances only, and entirely at the discretion of THE LODGE Studios, cancelled hours may be transferred to a future booking. This is not guaranteed and does not constitute an entitlement.

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a booked session without prior written notice is classed as a no-show.
No-shows are non-refundable.
No-show bookings cannot be rescheduled.
4. Studio Time and Usage

All booking times include setup, preparation, recording, and breakdown. Clients are responsible for arriving on time and fully prepared. Any delays caused by late arrival or lack of preparation will be deducted from the booked session time.

When the booked time ends, the session ends. THE LODGE Studios cannot extend sessions due to other scheduled bookings. Any additional time required will be charged at the standard hourly rate and is subject to availability.

5. Equipment and Files

Recorded files are stored securely for 7 days only. After 7 days, files are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. It is the client's responsibility to download and back up all files within this period. THE LODGE Studios accepts no liability for data loss after deletion.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
