About this space

Bar Area is a Bar in The Rushmere and is a shared lounge-style space that combines relaxed booth seating with an adaptable open plan for socialising.

Design: The space pairs tufted banquette seating and upholstered armchairs around solid wooden tables, set against dark-painted walls with framed artwork; a large window provides natural daylight while low pendant lamps give additional, focused lighting.

Features: The bar includes a staffed counter, an integrated dancefloor and an installed PA system with speakers; hosts may bring their own DJ and play their own music subject to the venue's noise restrictions. The area also provides Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, a step‑free guest entrance, wheelchair access and accessible toilets.

Ideal for: Groups seeking a relaxed, sociable setting that combines seated drink areas and standing space which can transition into dancing.
