Host rules
1. Guest Capacity: The room accommodates 10–32 guests. Exceeding this number requires prior approval.
2. Minimum Spend: £30 per person applies to all bookings.
3. Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit (if applicable) and signed agreement.
4. Arrival & Setup: Guests may arrive up to 15 minutes before the booked time for setup.
5. Music & Entertainment: Guests may play their own music. Volume must be kept at a reasonable level. Use of the 55-inch TV is allowed for slideshows or videos.
6. Food & Drink: All food and drinks are provided by Il Bacio. Outside catering or alcohol is not permitted without prior approval.
7. Decorations: Decorations are welcome but must not damage walls, furniture, or fittings. Open flames (candles, sparklers) are not allowed.
8. Smoking: Smoking is only permitted in the private outdoor area.
9. Parking: Street parking is available Monday–Friday from 5:30 pm, Saturday after 1:30 pm, and free all day Sunday.
10. Cleanliness & Damage: Guests are responsible for leaving the room in a reasonable condition. Any damage may incur additional charges.
11. Conduct: All guests are expected to behave respectfully. Il Bacio reserves the right to end a booking early in case of disruptive behaviour.
12. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance; deposits may be non-refundable.
