Host rules
Use of space:
• Recording / rehearsal / music production only,
• No parties, ticketed events, or alcohol-led events
• No external catering and no smoking in the studio (there is a garden for smoking).
Capacity
• Maximum 6 people on site at any time (including artists/crew).
Hours / overtime
• £450 includes 8 hours of studio hire,
• Overtime is £60 per hour (or part-hour) and should be agreed in advance where possible.
Noise / conduct
• Respect neighbours and keep entrances/exits quiet,
• No loitering outside the property.
Access / supervision
• Access is supervised by the host/studio staff,
• No access to other areas of the building outside the booked space.
Equipment
• Use of any studio equipment is by prior agreement only,
• Any damage to equipment or the space will be charged at cost of repair/replacement.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
