Main conference room hire charge
- Arrival/registration coffee with pastries, (or hot rolls at a £1 supplement pp), and a bowl of assorted fresh fruit - Mid-morning coffee, tea & biscuits - Finger buffet lunch and refreshment, Choose from Option A or B below
- Afternoon coffee, tea & biscuits
- Flipcharts & marker pens - Plasma TV/ LCD display (or LCD projector with a screen in compatible rooms)
- Selection of stationery packs, pens and name cards - Mints, fruit cordials, still and sparkling mineral water
