ImagineX is a dramatic two-storey 360° screening room and versatile events venue located in the heart of New Town at YOTEL Edinburgh. Offering almost 1,500 square feet of high-tech, high-spec space, ImagineX is the only one of its kind in Scotland.
It’s suitable for all sorts of completely customisable events for up to 150 people from product launches, drinks receptions and corporate entertaining to pop-ups, movie nights and social gatherings.
With its unique 360° projection technology, you can wow guests with a range of bespoke content including scenes captured at various iconic locations across Scotland, or capture their attention by projecting on all four walls of the room simultaneously when presenting.
ImagineX is connected to YOTEL Edinburgh’s destination bar Komyuniti providing an additional space to relax and socialise, while the flexible meeting rooms offer break-out areas.

IMAGINEX can be hired every day of the week for full day meetings, from 9am to 5pm, or for half day meetings/ dinner or for drink receptions of 2/3 hours.
The room hire price for a full day meeting is £1500.00.
The room hire price for a half day meeting is £750.00.
The room hire price for an evening drink reception of 2/3 hours is £250.00.
We offer a full day delegate rate package at £45.00 per person, for a minimum number 45 delegates. The package includes: Rom hire, a working lunch (Buffet style ; wraps, soup, sandwiches and salad) all hire of AV, Stationery and Tea/coffee throughout the day. We can also add on snacks, upgrade to a hot buffet lunch and any other extras as required - please contact us for full prices.
We also offer a half day delegate rate package at £35.00 per person, for a minimum number 45 delegates.

Can you give a person more than five stars? If so I’d give that to Hannah. She and her team were incredible to work with and so efficient at replying. She was super friendly, answered all my questions and was incredibly helpful on the day.
The venue was great and super flexible with what we wanted to do.

This a fantastic place to hold a party. The event room is a perfect space and the 360 screens around the ceiling are a real highlight. All my guests loved the photo slide show on a loop. Importantly, James and his team were just amazing- they set up everything so when we arrived prepared to set up the balloons for the tables it was all done, the birthday cards up, drinks all ready.. we literally had nothing to do but relax and welcome our guests. Our buffet was set up at the agreed time and our cake brought out at the time suggested. James was there for the whole event making sure the tables were cleared and glasses taken away, I cannot thank him enough for all he did for us.
Nothing… it was a perfect night and everyone had fun.
