About this space

The Shuffleboard Room is a semi-private area in Playbox Croydon defined by a compact, neon-lit entertainment booth atmosphere.

Design: The room is narrow and low-ceilinged and features continuous red banquette seating. Bold graphic wall panels and coloured projection lighting create a high-contrast, nightclub-style interior.

Features: A wall-mounted screen provides a focal display for video or karaoke and small round tables support drinks and casual dining. Wi‑Fi, air conditioning and an in-room PA system with speakers are available, and the space permits bring-your-own-DJ setups; step-free access and accessible toilets are also provided.

Ideal for: Small social groups seeking a relaxed, game-led evening that mixes seated conversation and active play.

What sets it apart: A dedicated shuffleboard table provides a private, game-centred activity that anchors the space.

What guests say: The space has friendly, attentive staff and an energetic but manageable atmosphere. The space provides smooth event coordination and quick bar service.
