Outside the centre, Queens Road is situated next to the prestigious University of Bristol and houses some stellar event venues. Absolutely fantastic venue and wonderful staff. We had such a great experience with Clubhaus Habourside. They were so communicative and so quick to answer any questions and help us figure out solutions and organise everything all along. On the day itself Jade was totally fantastic, and helped us get setup and get things running smoothly. The staff all went above and beyond to make the evening wonderful. And the venue itself is perfect. With room for a dance floor, seating inside and the huge, amazing terrace, it was absolutely ideal. Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to plan a party!

The space was perfect for the 40-60 people, and the staff were so nice, efficient and professional (for example, when I was worried I hadn't ordered anything gluten free, the staff were very quick to assist me in ordering and bringing food out quickly - during a very busy bar environment). I would recommend this venue to my friends, and also my work.

Pre-event communication and flexible approach of George from Cloak was great. The venue is wonderful and was brilliant for our needs - a joint 18th, 21st and 60th birthday party. Having two floors with the ability to play different types of music on each floor was great. The sound technician was really helpful and it was great to have them with us for the set up and duration of the party. So many of our guests said how much they liked Cloak - It’s definitely top of my list for any other celebrations we may have in the future. It’s a great space, great furnishings upstairs, great bar and club-like dance room downstairs and the offer to make up named cocktails/mocktails for the each of the people celebrating their Birthday - what’s not to like! 😋 - Thank you so much to everyone at Cloak! We booked Armada House for a team training day after comparing with similar hotel conference rooms in the area; it was by far the best value. It is only a 15-20 minute walk from the train station so location suited us. We were travelling from all over so needed to be reasonably close to the station. The contact before the event was fantastic, very informative and quick to respond. The venue was lovely and had everything we required. The food was delicious and multiple people from my team approached me to praise it specifically. The staff were very helpful and made sure our day ran smoothly. A big thank you from me. I know the venue do weddings too; it really is a lovely venue, I would definitely consider it if I was looking for a wedding venue.
