Most of the function rooms you will encounter in Bristol will operate on either hire fee or minimum spend models. Minimum spend venues will require you to spend a certain amount of money on food and beverages over the course of your party. . These venues will cost anywhere from £500-£3000 for your party. Hire fees charged on a per session basis will cost around £150, while per hour hire fees will cost around £30-£50. Many venues here also offer per person packages, which include food or beverages for the event, starting at around £30.

Stalls Bar at Bristol Beacon – If you are planning a larger party, the Stalls Bar is the place for you. Here you party will have access to an incredible bar and restaurant right in the Bristol City Centre. This venue is perfect for receptions, dinners, and corporate receptions in a variety of arrangements that will perfectly fit the needs of your next event. Stalls Bar can host seated events of up to 95 people and standing events of up 340 guests.
