Beautiful caring staff. Excellent venue.

The vintage look is really beautiful. My guests and sister (her birthday) thought the space was perfect for about 20 people. The minimum spend was very easy to hit as it was $750 and the catering was $375 itself. Bathrooms were good. Staff were really friendly on the evening. Had no issues at all! We had a DJ which was great for the space.

Some chairs and tables were missing in comparison to when I first visited and the photos. It was quite dirty under chairs (balloons from older events) The venue manager tends to take a while to respond to emails. The event was held on 16/09 and I sent an email thanking him on 18/09 for the hospitality and provided my banking details for my $250 deposit refund but I haven’t heard back. I sent a follow up yesterday and I wonder how long it may take to actually get my deposit back. I completely understand a few days but I think this could be improved with at least an acknowledgment email.

12/10 for this venue, the host Amit and the staff. Amit is really responsive and makes a huge effort to look after you. The staff are fun, chill and the venue has a really great vibe. The cocktails are amazing and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to host an event, or just looking for a cool joint to have a drink with some great people.

I celebrated my 40th Birthday at the Vault and had an absolute blast! It was great having our own cosy space and music where we danced up a storm. Plenty of seating for our group of 35. Staff were great to deal with and let us stay late! I read the reviews on here when deciding where to have my party and Caz Reitops ticked all the boxes for me - highly recommend for a smaller group (it is an intimate space). Thanks Amit and staff! :)

I didn't love the set menu options, there were things I liked and disliked on each of the options. Having said that, I was grateful that the set menu included some Gluten Free and Vegan options as I had forgotten about a couple of Gluten Free friends and was glad there were a few things they could have. The stairs were a challenge late in the night but we survived!
