This venue has got so much going for it. It would be so hard to find somewhere else that offers better value for money. The room already has a stage/professional lighting rig/sound system and private bar in the room. Not having to BYO sound and lighting equipment saves SO MUCH time and money. Plus, a permanently installed disco ball and fringe installation means the room already has a 'vibe' without needing too much beautification.
Something to consider is that the bar is only small and set up to only function during an event (not every weekend like a public bar would) so the offerings are limited and the stock that is available is set by the venue.

The venue was phenomenal, and the experience was unparalleled. Not only did the venue suit our event perfectly, but it also matched our values of inclusion, accessibility, gender expression, equality, and sexuality. It was clear that these values were mirrored by The Fringe Common Rooms and their representation of the union movement. Thank you for hosting us.

A great function venue and the cash bar makes it very simple. We self catered and this worked really well for finger foods/grazing platters. The staff were so friendly and helpful
