The venue has underground car park with easy lift/elevator access directly to the space, as well as private bathroom access and kitchenette. The space is located on first floor of Stockland Point Cook (Shopping Centre) and is monitored by 24/7 security.

There is a lobby area at the entrance of the studio which can be used for catering.
No eating or smoking is allowed in the studios.
All casual hires are supervised.
All ages are allowed in the space. Kids under 15 must have parent/guardian supervision during studio hire.
The center and studio has video surveillance cameras.

Equipment damage or theft. The hirer is responsible for ensuring no equipment in the studio is damaged as a direct result of failure on their part to exercise reasonable care in the use of studio equipment. In the event that the equipment in the studio is damaged or stolen during the use of the studio, the hirer agrees to pay within (30) days, all costs relevant to replacing or repairing such equipment.
