Fully equipped multi-purpose studio event space, Studio 705 is your one-stop shop for all your event, live performance and music production needs. Whether you need a space to host your private function, rehearse, record, host a live concert, comedy show, karaoke night, birthday party, or to simply make music, Studio 705 has everything you need!

The venue has underground car park with easy lift/elevator access directly to the space, as well as private bathroom access and kitchenette. The space is located on first floor of Stockland Point Cook (Shopping Centre) and is monitored by security 24/7.

Host rules

The lobby area can be used for food and catering.
No smoking or vaping in the studios.
All casual hires are supervised.
All ages are allowed in the space. Kids under 15 must have parent/guardian supervision during studio hire.
The center and studio has video surveillance cameras.

Equipment damage or theft. The hirer is responsible for ensuring no equipment in the studio is damaged as a direct result of failure on their part to exercise reasonable care in the use of studio equipment. In the event that the equipment in the studio is damaged or stolen during the use of the studio, the hirer agrees to pay within (30) days, all costs relevant to replacing or repairing such equipment.

Overall I had a really great time at Music Valley. Steve was considerate, informative and good at communicating. I had access to the venue for the full time allowed and the support staff member was helpful throughout the whole night. I was able to use all discussed equipment.
I should have confirmed how many led lights there were - it is two focused on the stage, and then a general disco light, for others that are interested in that aspect.

I recently hosted an event my daughters 1st year birthday at Events Space STUDIO 705 at Music Valley and had an outstanding experience. The venue itself was easy to get to with easy underground carpark and a direct elevator that takes you straight to the venue, it is modern, well-maintained, and equipped with excellent sound, lighting, and screen mirroring facilities perfect for creating the right atmosphere. A special mention goes to Ritesh, who looked after me with exceptional professionalism and care. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up perfectly, from screen mirroring to sound and lighting, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. His attention to detail and willingness to assist made the event run smoothly and successfully. I highly recommend Studio 705 for anyone looking for a stylish and well-supported event space. The combination of a great venue and attentive service made it a truly positive experience.
The tables provided in the hallway for food catering were not cleaned prior to my setup, and the bin supplied was too small to accommodate the event’s needs.

What a fantastic venue to be able to utilise. The whole experience was wonderful. Steve was great showing me where everything was and let me do my thing which was practice on the beautiful baby grand while I’m on holidays. I used this wonderful facility twice and if I had of known about it sooner I would’ve used it more. If I was staying longer I would definitely be back, but am leaving in a couple of days. I will of course be back next time I’m down.
