Additional Service Fee– An additional fee may apply if we determine that staff presence is required for the event.
Long Booking Discount – Bookings of 8 hours or more are eligible for a 10% discount on the total venue hire.
Refundable Security Bond – Starting from $1000, depending on the number of guests.
Food Surcharge – Outside catering is permitted; however, a surcharge will apply.

Rate Adjustment with Event Size – The above rates apply to events with up to 30 guests. For events exceeding this number, the hourly rate may be adjusted accordingly.
