The Bay Room is on the upper level of the building and is served by a commercial lift, an adjoining commercial kitchen, on tap bar and fully accessible facilities. The Bay Room can be hired for select occasions at very competitive rates and layed out and dressed for business, celebrations and special occasions. The Club can provide catering. The Bay Room is on Chelsea foreshore overlooking a beautiful sandy beach and is easily accessible from Nepean Highway and public transport. On site parking and close street parking are available.

Sarah and her team were so helpful and the value for money in this venue is excellent. The views across the bay are also beautiful even on a cloudy day. The catering was also of high quality. Can't thank Chelsea Yacht Club enough!

We recently hosted our traditional Tamil baby shower at Chelsea Yacht Club, and I truly cannot recommend this venue highly enough. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, beautiful, and incredibly well organised.
A special thank you must go to Sarah, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, she provided such thoughtful guidance and support, helping us plan every detail with care and patience. She understood the cultural significance of the event and ensured everything ran smoothly, which meant so much to us and our family.
On the day itself, Sarah was there and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was calm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our celebration special. Her warm and friendly nature made the whole experience even more enjoyable, and it truly felt like we were in the best hands.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning, the views, the atmosphere, and the overall setting created the perfect backdrop for such a meaningful occasion. Our guests were blown away by how beautiful everything looked and how smoothly the event ran.
We are so grateful to Sarah and the entire team for helping us create such a memorable and special day. If you’re looking for a venue that combines breathtaking views with exceptional service, Chelsea Yacht Club is truly the perfect choice.

The venue is just stunning. The sea has that magical touch. They have helped me in the best way possible and kept respectful of our event.
Sarah ( lady organised to be there on the date and I was dealing for setup) Angela( the girl at the bar) wed so helped!! I was so happy with this!!! Everyone was so respectful on the day.
I would have prefer that the bar for members was completely closed off. Not sure how this can happen, but the stuff was so helpful that for just 1 of the 3 days this wasn’t an issue at all.
