Host rules

We require a security deposit of $500 (not applicable for recording studio) which will be returned once an inspection of the space has deemed it satisfactory post shoot. We will invoice you once you accept the booking. Please send through a bank account so that we can return your bond promptly after your booking.

If there is cleaning required (eg. the floor needs sweeping, or toilets are left dirty) we charge a $220 cleaning fee.

Please note: here at Mycelium we have deep respect for our mother Earth and are working towards a sustainable future. Please bring your own reusable water bottles, keep cups and try to minimise waste wherever possible.

Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period

Myself and my team filmed a dance video here a few weeks ago and we love love loved the space. My videographer has used the space several times before and was one of his top recommendations. The staff I spoke to over the phone and in person were all super lovely and helpful. I also really appreciate that they seem very supportive and understanding of creatives so that's always a plus. Despite my booking being quite last minute they made the entire process smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend the space to any creatives out there who want this kind of look for any of their projects.

I hosted a Pilates video and photo shoot and the Basement Warehouse, was a PERFECT location as it has created the most insane content. I couldn't be happier with the venue, worth every penny.

Perfect location for a photoshoot. The place has all its own lighting so there is no need to bring any! Marissa was fantastic and very helpful.
The space could do with some TLC including the bathrooms but we got perfect shots which is what we needed!
