About this space
The penthouse offers around 100m² of open-plan living and entertaining space. The main living area includes designer sofas, a large-screen smart TV, atmospheric lighting and a fully equipped kitchen, making it suitable for catered events, grazing tables or self-catered gatherings. A wrap-around balcony extends the space outdoors, with wide views across the surrounding area.
The penthouse regularly hosts marriage proposals, hens parties, milestone birthdays, private dining experiences, corporate drinks, client events and smaller celebrations.
Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a large-screen smart TV, designer furnishings, premium linen and a wrap-around balcony with outdoor seating. A private bathroom is also included, and catering partner recommendations can be provided on request.
Security Deposit Requirement: To protect the venue and its furnishings, a refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. The deposit will be returned in full after check-out and completion of a venue inspection, provided there is no damage to the property, missing items, excessive cleaning required, or breaches of the booking terms and conditions.

Peak dates including F1 Grand Prix, AFL Finals, Spring Racing, Melbourne Cup, NYE, and Valentine's Day are priced separately.
