LCKR ROOM - Lounge Space is a semi-private lounge in UBQ defined by an intimate, low-lit club character.
Design: The room has exposed dark walls, a low ceiling and fixed booth seating beside a narrow cleared area. A cluster of mirrored disco balls and coloured stage lighting cast moving reflections across a hard-floor surface.
Features: A built-in PA and house speakers support in-room music and guest DJs. The space includes Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, step-free guest entrance and accessible toilets. Small tables and booth seating sit beside a cleared dance area and vertical screens for projection or video playback.
Ideal for: Small groups seeking an informal, social evening that mixes seated booths and standing space with room to dance.
What guests say: The space has strong lighting and sound and a compact club feel; booth seating and an intimate layout are repeatedly noted as highlights.
Guests under 18 are not allowed
No booking fee applies to hire the room.
A minimum spend will apply for the hire of any space. This can be spent on anything involved in the hire, such as food catering and/or drinks. If guests of the function are buying their own drinks, it will also count towards the minimum spend.
A deposit of 10% will be taken to secure your booking. This will be credited back to the minimum spend after/during the event is completed unless there are damages to the room or extensive cleaning needs to be conducted.
In the event that COVID-19 restrictions prevent the event from occurring, a full refund or a change of dates will be given at no extra cost.
Food orders are required 7 days before your event.
Decorations are fine are long as they are cleaned afterward. We can provide bins for rubbish.
No Glitter is allowed.
We allow cakes. A knife, plates, and cutlery (if needed).
