About this space
Our studio has a unique dome shaped ceiling, 4 portable mirrors approximately 1m wide, and 2m high, and a dance floor space of 96 m2 made of hybrid floorboards.
We do have weight restrictions with our floor so it is not suitable for heavy jumping or stomping with heels so please enquire before booking if you are unsure.
Other highlights of our space include a reception area, 2 unisex toilets and a kitchenette which hirers are welcome to use. We are located on the first floor so access to our space is via a staircase of 13 steps.
We have two split systems which provide a pleasant temperature in our space during the hot and cooler months, plus we have additional fans for those extra hot days.
Hirers are welcome to use our Bluetooth sound system, yoga mats, bolsters, cushions and blankets.

In hiring Jungle City studio, you agree to:
a) Utilize the space and facilities of Jungle City Studios at your own risk of injury, loss or damage. Jungle City will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury incurred during the hire of our facility by the hirer or any other persons present at the venue as part of the hirers’ booking.
b) Provide correct and current personal details to Jungle City for internal use only. This information will be kept private and confidential from any third party
c) Treat the venues facilities with care and leave the space as it was found. Any damage to the venue caused by the hirer or the hirers participants must be paid for in full by the hirer to repair or replace immediately
d) Make payment for your booking(s) on or before the date(s) of hire. Booking will not be confirmed until payment is made.
e) You will NOT conduct any illegal activity within the Jungle City Studios facility at anytime
f) You accept a NO REFUND policy for cancellations made after your booking has been paid for. Credits will be issued for bookings cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled booking time. These credits will be valid for 4 months preceding the original booking date.
g) You will only occupy the space for the time you have booked. Any additional time used must be paid in full before leaving the venue at the time of your hire.
h) Be respectful and courteous of our neighbors by monitoring sound levels and restricting your participants from hanging around or parking directly outside the studio.
i) Ensure no one smokes anywhere inside the venue. Jungle City studio has a very strict NO SMOKING policy in place and all hirers must abide by this rule
k) Follow venue access instructions and ensure studio keys are return to the safe box, lights, speaker and aircon are turned off upon exiting. A $200 fee will be incurred to those who do not return the studio keys to the safe box located outside the building.
