Pins Royale is tucked away on the mezzanine level of the Kingpin Venue. This is the high end exclusive and sophisticated private event space.

Exclusive access to Pins Royale will give your guests the ultimate royal experience. Greeted by your event butler at your own private VIP street entrance and escorted upstairs to your lux event space.

This exceptional space includes your own fully licensed bar, private karaoke, luxury pool table, kitchen, private amenities, 2 mahogany bowling lanes complete with gold bowling balls and designer gold capped shoes for the ‘high rollers’ in your group.

Enjoy our decadent canapes with a range of signature cocktails and premium beers, wines and top-shelf spirits from the premium private bar.

This event space shows off an exceptional design with a gold illumined ceiling comprised of 30,000 hardwood dowels individually dunked in gold and secured to represent the feel of standing underneath a beautifully gold lit tree.

Pins Royale is only available for exclusive hire, an ideal event space for Corporate and VIP events, EOY Events, Milestone birthday parties and private parties up to120 people.

What a fantastic venue! We couldn’t have been happier with our event at Pins Royale. The room looks amazing. It’s like your very own nightclub. Heaps of stuff to do from bowling in your private lanes, pool, darts and dancing on the dance floor. Staff were exceptional too. So lovely and helpful. Outstanding.

Venue was great, so was the food
When I went to Pins Royale to look at the Venue I had asked if it would be possible to stay an extra hour after the initial 3 hours depending on how the night was going. I was told this would be no problem and that the room was ours for the night. When it got to 9pm I asked if we could please keep bar tab going for another 30-60 mins and we were told that we had to be out at 10pm and that drinks were shutting down by 9:45pm. We were given the option to move downstairs but they would only have bar open for 30 minutes and the entire venue had to close by 10:30. This was disappointing and it would have been nice if we were advised that we had to be out of the venue right on 10pm during the week instead of 1 hour before the function ended.
