The Conservatory is a versatile, fully customisable event space designed to suit a wide range of occasions, from elegant, seated dinners and vibrant cocktail receptions to boardroom meetings, networking events, and professional training sessions. Flexible room configurations include full table dining, cabaret-style seating, and standing event layouts, allowing the space to adapt seamlessly to your event vision.
Guests can enjoy roaming canapés or self-service grazing stations, creating a relaxed and interactive experience, while the adjoining terrace provides panoramic views across the MCG and Melbourne Park sporting precinct. Combining contemporary styling, premium facilities, and personalised service, The Conservatory delivers a polished and memorable event experience from start to finish.
Please note: due to licensing restrictions, The Conservatory at Jolimont House is only available for corporate events. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate private celebrations such as birthdays, engagements, baby showers, or private parties in the space.

After Hours Concierge applies to bookings outside of business hours, or for events with more than 50 guests $60 per hour (min 4 hours)
Security charges may apply to certain events - $100 per hour, per security (min 4 hours)

Age policy
Guest under 18 not allowed unless accompanied by an adult after 5:00 pm
Host rules
* A full guest list must be supplied for all events to ensure smooth access to Level 6 where The Conservatory is located
* All guests are required to abide by the Jolimont House Member Rules, a copy of which will be supplied at the time of confirmation - the event organiser accepts all responsibility for guests adhering to the Member Rules
* Access to the Conservatory Terrace is weather dependant and therefore not guaranteed
* The Conservatory Terrace is strictly a non-smoking space, despite being outdoors. Any guest found to be smoking or vaping will be asked to leave the premises
* The event organiser must be on site at least 30 minutes prior to the event start time, and remain on the premises for the duration of the event
* Outside catering/alcohol is not permitted
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
