* A full guest list must be supplied for all events to ensure smooth access to Level 6 where The Conservatory is located
* All guests are required to abide by the Jolimont House Member Rules, a copy of which will be supplied at the time of confirmation - the event organiser accepts all responsibility for guests adhering to the Member Rules
* Access to the Conservatory Terrace is weather dependant and therefore not guaranteed
* The Conservatory Terrace is strictly a non-smoking space, despite being outdoors. Any guest found to be smoking or vaping will be asked to leave the premises
* The event organiser must be on site at least 30 minutes prior to the event start time, and remain on the premises for the duration of the event
* Outside catering/alcohol is not permitted
