- The space must only be used for the purpose specified in the hire agreement. Any deviation requires prior written approval.
- Hirers must adhere strictly to the maximum venue capacity as determined by local regulations and assessment.
- Absolutely no smoking (including e-cigarettes/vaping) inside the venue. Designate an outdoor smoking area if desired.
- No food or open drinks on the stage or near sensitive equipment.
- No permanent alterations or damage to walls, floors, or equipment (e.g., no nails, screws, strong adhesives).
- Decorations must be free-standing or hung with approved methods (e.g., painter's tape on designated surfaces).
- No glitter, confetti, or similar hard-to-clean materials.
- Any special effects (e.g., fog machines, dry ice) require prior written approval and may incur additional charges or conditions.
- Only designated sound equipment, mixer, and stagebox are available for use. Any external equipment brought in must be "tested and tagged" for electrical safety in accordance with Australian standards.
- Hirers using the sound system may require a brief orientation or demonstration.
- Furniture and equipment (chairs, tables, etc.) must be moved and returned carefully to their original positions.
- No illegal substances, activities, or anything that breaches local laws and regulations are permitted.
- Any pre-existing damage must be reported to management upon arrival. Any damage or issues occurring during the hire must be reported immediately.
- All hirers are responsible for maintaining any relevant Public Liability Insurance to cover their activities.

An earlier start would require adding another hour to the booking. As a courtesy, 30 minutes either side for set-up and pack-down is not usually charged.
