We booked an area for a 21st Birthday, for 50 people. Comms were good with the team and booking went smoothly. We had a range of 18 to 82 year olds and everyone had a great time. Music was fantastic and the buffet food tasty.
I discussed allergies and food at time of booking and was sent a list of which dishes on the buffet were gluten free, veggie etc. However on the night it was really difficult to decipher which was which. Simple signs on the platters as to which were gluten free or veggie would have been really helpful. We did ask a server but it was difficult to communicate all the info to everyone there at the time. The staff helpfully boxed up the extra food at the end, which was great, but used the same cutter for all pizzas so the gluten free was no longer gluten free.

First time attending Roxy ball and it was our staff party. Must say all staff very much enjoyed themselves.
Wish we may have swapped some pizzas out for chips but that was our mistake and not the company’s.
