The way they take your money and not bother meet your requirements nor reply your communication
Everything especially the fact that they made no effort whatsoever to make the venue usable. They chose to leave the venue full of chairs and tables despite telling them that it would be a DJ led event with all standing. I've requested full refund but have not received a reply. We couldn't go ahead with our event due to extremely disappointing service from Bierkeller
Great venue and location were perfect and the staff were fantastic!

The communication beforehand was excellent. We really enjoyed the night
The food was brought out one by one with about ten minutes in between which meant it was cold and the vegan food was not made clear it was vegan. The waitress service disappeared half way through the night which was disappointing when we were told we had it for the night.
Great friendly staff great venue great night! Any people who wernt supposed to be there staff dealt with!
