About Artefact

Renovated warehouse space, sympathetically converted to a coffee shop and vintage furniture showroom.

The brick building features exposed wooden and steel beams, authentically patinated brick/ distressed paint walls, and concrete floors. The front section is full height with 1930s double garage doors and crittal windows, covered when closed by a steel roller shutter. There is sloped access to all areas.

We have a small wood and metal workshop, and an accessible bathroom.

The rear half of the building is a work in progress, currently (as of July 2023) mostly empty double height warehouse space, which will be converted with a steel mezzanine and stairs.
