Space is great and James and Jane were lovely.
The sound system wasn't strong if playing music through the speaker, we could barely hear the music with only 20 of us in there (we were talking loudly)
Live musician had much better volume!

About Artefact
Renovated warehouse space, sympathetically converted to a coffee shop and vintage furniture showroom.
The brick building features exposed wooden and steel beams, authentically patinated brick/ distressed paint walls, and concrete floors. The front section is full height with 1930s double garage doors and crittal windows, covered when closed by a steel roller shutter. There is sloped access to all areas.
We have a small wood and metal workshop, and an accessible bathroom.
The rear half of the building is a work in progress, currently (as of July 2023) mostly empty double height warehouse space, which will be converted with a steel mezzanine and stairs.
