The staff at the venue (especially Abbie, Pete and the DJ Ryan) were incredibly helpful and friendly. The venue itself was perfect for a party. Well set out. And Abbie was so hands on, making sure everything was catered to on the night. Reasonable drinks and fantastic entertainment.
The staff were really lovely, the venue was just the same as in the pictures, the pizzas were great. Good size space for a birthday party. I liked that I could play my own music.
From my first enquiry about availability and options. Ann was absolutely brilliant - she advised on food, sorted out options for veggies etc and organised the DJ. She was there early to help us set up the tables and the following day was there to help us collect the things she had arranged for us to leave overnight. I had to almost physically stop her helping us take things back to our car. She made everything easy and gave us nothing to worry about. The food was great and the bar staff were very good too
The room was the perfect size for our party, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet was really lovely, all our guests commented on how good it was .
11/10 We couldn't have asked for more from start to finish. So many guests commented on how good the venue, the staff,the food and the cocktails were. Nothing was too much and the party was perfect. Honestly can't recommend Chamber 36 Smithdown Road enough . Thank you !
Great venue in a central, well known location. But my highest praise goes to the staff who went above and beyond to help in any way they could. Nathan, Anne, Connor and the rest of the team are just amazing, lovely people. Would highly recommend and if I ever need a venue in Liverpool again I will definitely be coming back here.
A big thank you to the amazing Niamh for helping us out and super supportive! The venue it self is so beautiful and has a lovely homely touch to it. We had ended up taking our party outside and it was absolutely stunning outside! Catered to all our needs! Couldn’t have picked a better venue. Nothing about the venue to dislike seriously!
This an amazing family orientated venue, brilliant activities and such a warm and welcoming environment will be using again. Elizabeth is amazing with children!!!
