Lovely venue, great food, fast and friendly service at bar! Would highly recommend!
The staff were lovely. Food was lovely and enough of it. Plenty of choice and the staff really tried.
I don’t usually complain but it was mentioned a lot on Saturday and since then. Which has disheartened me. There was heaters around the place which potentially could have been a hazard but it was needed as the room was freezing. My guests had to sit there uncomfortable in coats. I can’t fault the staff they tried although they were aware it was cold as there was heaters everywhere. My guests should have been comfortable enough to take there coats off. I was asked by one of them to ask for the air-con to be turned of as it was blowing in cold air to be told they couldn’t turn it off as they don’t own that part of the building. Was slightly disappointed being told a lot by guests in my baby shower that they were cold and i couldn’t do anything and I payed 150 pound to hire a room out that was freezing.

Would like a more varied drinks selection in the kolbox, and more control over the spotify when it's already started.
