An absolutely excellent venue for any occasion. I had a leaving party at the Eagle and Ball and everything was excellent to setting up to party to the staff serving and helping us on the night. John made sure everything I needed in the build up was done and when I arrived at the venue the staff there made everyone feel very welcome and were fantastic throughout the night. Everything was an amazing price too from the cost of the venue to the drink prices. I will definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends and to anyone that has the need for a venue for a party.

Loved everything about Eagle & Ball. The events manager was extremely helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. He was very happy to take the time to show us around and sit down and discuss the plans and various options. The staff were attentive, the bar was well stocked and the venue itself was clean with character but with a modern twist. It was also very reasonably priced to hire the entire pub for the evening. Disabled facilities were also handy.
Not a lot at all. The lack of parking may be a slight issue for some people, but there is plenty of parking not too far away so it wasn't really a problem for most of our guests.

We loved everything about this venue. John and his team were so welcoming, and everyone commented on the day how polite and welcoming his team were at the bar, and serving food. The food was great, we ordered a pizza buffet and had a few with dietary requests that were catered for beautifully, and without any fuss. Beth did a great job in the kitchen. The communication between John and the team was quick and responsive from day one, and he answered any questions we had and was able to cater for our needs with sound equipment for our uke group get together! I cannot fault any of the day- we had a brilliant get together, thoroughly enjoyed by all of us at The Awesome Ukulele Academy- for most of us it was the first time we’d seen each other face to face as we meet via zoom lessons with members from all over the U.K. and abroad. Thank you so much John and all your team at the Eagle & Ball. Would highly recommend to anyone, literally cannot fault any part of the day. We really appreciate all your hard work. Customer Service at its best! Xx
