Location was very central, easy to get to and find. Good catering options and prices. The room itself and the facilities was perfect for a team of 18. Communication was straightforward and the reps on the phone we dealt with were very professional and flexible.
Catering - the veggie burger from the festive feast was not to anyone’s liking. All veggie would have been preferred instead of fake meat for a patty. The people who ordered cooked breakfast (sausage and bacon baps) waited over an hour after the fruits and pastries were served. I believed someone went to check on them, but it still took a while after that. Other than those, the rest of the food were delicious, great selection. The chicken strips were awesome!

My experience at BOX Brindley Place was excellent. The staff were extremely communicative over the tagvenue chat and were incredibly helpful in person. The venue was perfect for my 21st birthday and they catered to every need. Would 100% recommend.
