The space is available 24/7 with no hour restrictions. The ~1,200 sq ft basement level (with its own street entrance) can be added for additional space — inquire for combined pricing.
Ideal for: Brand activations, product launches, pop-up shops, sample sales, gallery shows, showroom use, tastings, workshops, panels, private events, community programming, and content creation.
