Spacious Soho/Tribeca gallery located in a landmark cast-iron building featuring classic street-level storefront windows. The main floor area has 14 ft vaulted ceilings and is beautifully renovated with bleached white hardwood floors, Philippe Stark fixtures, kitchenette, and has southern exposure with natural light throughout the day.
Stunning glass detailing throughout the space gives a very high-end architectural feel. Includes 2 8' x 8' moveable walls for partitioning the space or hanging art and motorized gallery track lighting.
Please note this is a managed space, and the mezzanine level is not included in this opportunity. All events and productions require a quote.
Rates noted are for 8 hours of access Monday - Friday, overtime and weekends may include a surcharge. A refundable security deposit is required for all bookings.
Production services also available upon request.
